Amsons Group to Buy Oryx Energies' Tanzania Fuel Business in $230m Deal
Pan-African conglomerate Amsons Group has agreed to buy Geneva-based Oryx Energies' Tanzanian downstream oil business for more than $230 million, taking on retail stations, storage terminals and a stake in TIPER operations.
